Job Alert – No “Safe Haven” anymore

What happened earlier this week at the ECJ? The “safe haven” was judged to be illegal. What does that mean for us in Europe? We have some more leeway in the area of private law. The different national data protections have been strengthened. Data companies here and in the United States need a secure legal framework quickly. The European cloud industry gets a boost – at least until new regulatories limit the room for maneuver again. TTIP and EU privacy regulation are in the house.
