What’s the CHECKPOINT?
Since 2005, we are bringing together graduates, young professionals and experienced policy professionals with the most exciting consulting from the political Berlin at the CHECKPOINT Political Consulting.
Your Entry into Political Consulting
Do you feel like dealing with actors, processes and contents in the political arena not only in theory but also in practice? The thought of analysing political or communicative questions makes your heart beat faster? Are you enthusiastic about mobilizing people, developing political strategies and moving great things forward? In short: Politics is your passion and you want to be right in the middle of it? Then CHECKPOINT is the right place for you. As a political consultant, you are right in the middle when the political agenda is drawn up and implemented in social dialogue. CHECKPOINT Political Consulting gives you the chance to take a look behind the scenes, network with many interesting people and get to know the different career paths in political consulting.
The World of Political Consulting
Let the leading political consultancies take you behind the scenes of the Berlin Republic. Find out more about everyday work in political consulting in a background discussion with agency representatives in a company representative office or on the agency’s premises.
What awaits you?
After a refreshment with croissant and coffee, we start with a short introduction of the CHECKPOINT Premium Partners in Pecha-Kucha format. Afterwards, young employees will be available to answer your questions in the Chat Room before you have the opportunity to meet representatives of the agencies in person at the trade fair. Afterwards you will visit an agency in small groups and learn more about the work in political Berlin as well as the entry into the industry. The leading agencies in the capital will give you an insight into their work between politics, business and society, so you can test in small workshops whether you have what it takes to become a political advisor.
